This Privacy Policy relates to all of the operations within Uecomm and includes information collected including from on the Company's website ("http://www.uecomm.com.au") for the purposes of this policy, any reference to “Uecomm” “we” or “our” is a reference to Uecomm Pty Ltd, Uecomm Operations Pty Ltd and UE Access Pty Ltd.
Uecomm is committed to protecting your privacy. Amendments to the federal Privacy Act were introduced in December 2001 to protect the use of personal information, which is defined as information from which it is possible to identify an individual. This includes a person's name, address and contact numbers. Our Privacy Policy explains the circumstances under which personal information will be collected, used and safeguarded and those instances under which its will be disclosed to third parties.
The personal information collected by Uecomm is maintained in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Uecomm collects personal information directly from persons who correspond with us, from subscribers to our electronic email notification service and customer library information portal and from prospective, current and past employees.
Personal information may be provided to Uecomm employees and contractors engaged by Uecomm as required for them to perform their duties. Information will not be disclosed beyond these people unless we are required or authorised to do so by law or we first obtain the consent from the individual to whom the personal information relates.

You can request details of any personal information that Uecomm holds about you and can advise us if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date.
Uecomm takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal information it collects from loss, destruction, unauthorised access or misuse, modification and unauthorised disclosure. To the extent permitted by law, Uecomm accepts no responsibility for any of the aforementioned breaches of this Privacy Policy or any other breach of the Privacy Act.
We reserve the right to review this Privacy Policy periodically and to make amendments as appropriate. A copy of this Policy will be available from our website and can be provided upon request.
