Uecomm Announces New CEO
Uecomm announced today that Dean Tognella has been appointed CEO of the Australian data specialist. Dean previously held the role of Director, Commercial and Business Development for Uecomm.
Since joining Uecomm in 2001, Dean has been instrumental in developing Uecomm into a highly respected provider of high-speed data services to Australian businesses.
Dean's primary focus on new business initiatives, management of key commercial arrangements and driving change within Uecomm has enabled Uecomm to become a leader in the provision of metropolitan Ethernet and fibre-based data solutions to corporate and government customers.
Dean joined Uecomm from Connect Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of AAPT Ltd, where he provided commercial and strategic analysis across the business. He also gained extensive experience within the telecommunications industry during a six-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
