Uecomm - Response to Proposed Takeover Offer
On 18 October 2001, Uecomm announced that it had received a conditional expression of interest from Huntingfield Investment Pty Limited to acquire all of its shares.
The directors of Uecomm have met to consider this matter and have declined to entertain the proposal.
