Uecomm announces resignation of Directors

Uecomm Limited today announced that the four Alinta-nominated directors had resigned from its Board of Directors effective immediately.

The resignations followed the settlement of the sale of Alinta’s 66% shareholding to Optus Networks Pty Limited this day.

Uecomm’s Chairman, Mr Peter Shore, thanked Messrs Browning, Cahill, Indermaur and Healey for their contribution to the Company.

A further announcement about changes to Uecomm’s Board structure is expected in the coming weeks.
