Ian Noble Ian is a proven senior planning, development and operations manager with over 20 years experience in the IT and communications industry including 10 years as a senior executive/manager spanning a range of organisations and technologies. A results-orientated and customer focused executive, Ian has successfully managed large and complex projects with teams of up to eighty technical staff. Prior to joining Uecomm, Ian was General Manager of Product Development and Infrastructure at Powertel and Request Broadband. Ian’s track record also includes three years with Compaq UK, as Program Director for the rollout of Network Management Systems for Cable and Wireless, and responsibility for the rollout and ongoing operational management of the systems supporting the Foxtel/Telstra Pay TV service for Telstra. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Computing and Information Systems from Chisholm Institute of Technology. |

John Stevens John Stevens first joined Uecomm in early 2000 to drive the implementation and roll-out of Uecomm new fibre/ISP network, covering metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. A passionate customer advocate, over the ten years he has been with Uecomm, he has held various roles predominantly in the Operations areas where he was the Network Operations Manager for four years. More recently, John played an integral role in the transformation of Uecomm’s business which defined the strategy and future direction for the company toward 2010. Prior to his appointment as Director, Customer Solutions & Operations, John successfully managed the Victorian Sales team, as State Sales Manager. Before joining Uecomm, John spent ten years with BT Australasia (British Telecom) involved with data network implementation, delivery and project management in the Asia Pacific region. He also held a strategic role where he was responsible for identifying ways BT could effectively deliver data services across the Asia Pacific, as well as managing the development of global processes and systems to deploy international services where he worked in the USA, UK and Europe. |

Patrick Carson Patrick joined Uecomm as the Head of Technology in early 2012, with the primary responsibility of creating a single unified technology vision for Uecomm. A vision that will drive alignment of network and IT system architectures, methodologies, processes through innovation. A leader and strategic thinker with over 20 years experience in technology and operational roles in the telecommunications industry, he is known for creating a vision and direction in changing environments. His experience in working for global organisations such as Nokia Siemens, Ericsson, TelstraClear, 3Com and Telecom New Zealand is varied and extensive. Patrick sees technology as a means to an end to deliver a product, a service or operational efficiency or as key differentiator to influence internal (organisation) or external (market) change. Patrick holds a Diploma in Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington. |

Ruy Franco Ruy has over 17 years experience in sales and leading sales teams, and is passionate about customers and believes that they are the very reason organisations continue exist. Sales teams are generally the first impression a customer will have of an organisation, and the main interaction point going forward; hence they should live and breathe customer service. Uecomm's sales culture ensures that its customers are at the centre of everything we do. Ruy originally started with Uecomm in 2003. During this time he was pivotal in building sales teams, as well as through the GFC, implementing successful customer acquisition strategies for Uecomm. Ruy has managed sales teams at connect.com.au, Macquarie Telecom and also owned and operated an Internet Service Provider. He believes that technology can be a great enabler for business but also an inhibitor if not managed well, so getting the right solution, advice and support is paramount. Ruy holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. |

Andrew Warren An experienced HR professional, Andy’s HR career spans 17 years. His experience as an HR Generalist is broad and includes HR strategy and policy, organisational psychology, mergers and acquisitions, emotional and social intelligence, change management, risk management, leadership development, remuneration and benefits, industrial and employee relations, performance management, organisational development and training, staff recruitment and retention. Andy commenced working with Uecomm in Feb 2010 and has a strong and varied background in HR, having worked as an independent HR consultant to a number of companies over the past two years. Prior to that, Andy worked in various senior HR roles through different sections of Toyota and Monash University. Andy holds a Bachelor of Education degree majoring in Organizational Psychology from Deakin University and is a Certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
